Inverness, FL.,- State Senator Charlie (R-Inverness) has formally endorsed
Senator Mike Haridopolos (R-Melbourne) to become the next Florida State Senate President.
"It is my honor to endorse Senator Haridopolos," Dean said in a prepared statement. "Mike is a good
friend and you can always count on Mike to follow through with his commitments, lead by example and I
have gained great respect for him."
"I appreciate Senator Dean's support. The next three years are going to be difficult for the
legislature so I am doing all I can to bring the Republican Caucus together very early. Charlie brings
both insight and vital leadership in helping ensure our success in the future," Haridopolos said. " He
will play an important role in the Senate, he added."
Haridopolos will become Senate President after the November 2010 elections.
